Excellent school! I've been here for more than a year now and can recommend them to anyone who wants to learn something in martial arts. The training is very diverse, training with weapons, unarmed, technique, forms, sparring, self-defense, etc.

Whether beginner or advanced, everyone can learn something here! Simply world class! I'm already looking forward to the next training!

Tina Rusin

I have been attending for several years now and can definitely recommend this school! The coaching team is great, always responds individually to the different levels of the trainees and ensures that everyone gains something in the end. Whether for fans of the art of weapons or of unarmed combat, there is something for everyone here.

[...] If you are looking for a school where the instructors have many years of experience in various martial arts and are also approachable, then you have come to the right place. This is the right address, especially when it comes to conveying reality-based information.

The team consists of likeable personalities with a wide range of combat experience. Here you meet people with a wide variety of backgrounds - from bouncers to stunt people to actors, who all have one thing in common: a real passion for martial arts, who also like to meet up outside of the dojo.[...]

Frequently Asked Questions

  • As a beginner, can I even get to this point? Aren't I holding the others back?

No, because everyone started somewhere. The lessons are structured in such a way that different levels, beginners and advanced, can train with each other and sometimes just among themselves.

  • From what age can children train with you?

Our first group aged 4 and over is the Grasshoppers.

Children aged 6 and over are our Tigers.

From around 10 years old it's the Dragons.

  • I'm a little older, am I too unathletic for martial arts?

    No worries :)

Just try it and you will notice that it will do you good! We don't train for competitions.

  • Is the training dangerous and can my child get injured?

Safety and a feeling of security for everyone is very important to us. Fortunately, injuries are very, very rare.

  • What do I need for training?

First, just comfortable clothes and shoes. In the further course there is also a little basic equipment. This is included in our starter package.

  • Do you also do sparring?

Sparring is an important part of training. Both with and without weapons, but everything under supervision. Above all, control, security and mindfulness are promoted.

  • How long do I need to be able to defend myself well?

It all depends on how much you train. Self-defense takes training and time. You will definitely feel progress in a timely manner.
