Martial Art (weaponless)
Our concern is the confrontation with oneself in the manner of Kung Fu.
The real goal is to change yourself, to learn to fight so that you don't have to fight.
We strive for holistic training in martial arts and movement in order to find your way regardless of technique and style. Our basis is years of training in Wing Chun Kung Fu.
We see ourselves in the tradition of Wing Tai, Wing Chun, Tai Chi, boxing and wrestling.
Martial Arts
(with weapons)
Modern and historical weapon concepts.
The topic of weapon art is an important and interesting part of holistic martial arts training.
Principles and concepts can be developed and found both with and without weapons. We work modernly, but also historically in our training.
Shield and sword, saber and rapier, staff and spear are used just as much as tools, everyday objects or even the knife.
Each tool carries its own unique concept
and gives us a self-contained movement idea under professional guidance.
This enables us to better understand weapon concepts and even benefit from them in everyday life.
One result of this debate is respect for and conscious use of weapons.

Kids & Teens
From classic Kung Fu, exercises specifically designed for children and young people with increasing demands are first trained in a playful manner and then more seriously.
The structure of the lessons is adapted to the respective age and ability of the children.
Children aged 6 and over can take part in our children's training. There are also the grasshoppers from 3 - 6 years for playful introduction to the world of Kung Fu.
Through play, the children learn to set boundaries, move around in a variety of ways and face new challenges. Through movement games they learn the right awareness and the necessary attention to face confrontations with strength.
Self Defence
The focus here is on realistic scenarios and we place equal emphasis on physicality and mental strength.
We train realistically and situation-related, whereby behavior is more important than technique.
Avoid conflicts but maintain your composure in every situation.
We want to systematically make you inedible against attacks and assaults.
Training strength, endurance, speed and agility through a mix of special martial exercises and basic exercises for better fitness.
Strength, conditioning, coordination and mobility for a better attitude to life.
